Crowned Eagle Films Price List 

All of our projects are shot in HD with a Panasonic HVX 200. We also have dollies, cranes (jib), 

and ARRI lighting available for use on your project. Additionally, we are available to edit your 

project in-house using Final Cut Pro software. Our goal is to shoot and create a professional 

quality product that you can be proud of.  

PRICE LIST 

Music Videos/Commercials 

Premium Package- $3500 

 Deposit of $1000 required prior to commencement of project 

    This package includes: 

 Scouting locations to meet client’s creative vision  

 Shooting at up to 3-4 locations within New York, New Jersey and Connecticut1 

 Creative concept pitch 

 Lighting tailored to the needs of the project 

 Use of Dolly and Crane and operators for each (jib) as needed 

 Non Linear Editing  On-set crew (including the Director, Videographer and Equipment 

    Operators) will work for up to 12 hours per day 

o Please note that overtime will be charged for anything over 12 hours at a rate of 

    $75 per hour 

    After the shooting is completed, we will provide the following services: 

 One editing session with the primary editor 

 Voice-over as needed 

     Final Product: 

 Online trailer promoting your project 

o Trailer can be provided on DVD as needed 

 3 customized DVDs of the final project2 
 Deluxe Package-$2500 

 Deposit of $750 required prior to commencement of project

 Shooting at locations outside of the tri-state area are possible. Client will be responsible for travel fees for the crew 

working on the project.

 Extra DVD’s can be ordered.  Client will be charged $5 each for customized DVD’s and $3 each for plain DVD’s

 Shooting at up to 2 locations within New York, New Jersey and Connecticut3

 Lighting tailored to the needs of the project 

 Use of Dolly and Crane and operators for each (jib) as needed 

 Non Linear Editing

for up to 11 hours per day 

o Please note that overtime will be charged for anything over 11 hours at a rate of 

$75 per hour

Basic Package-$1700 

 Deposit of $1000 required prior to commencement of project 

This package includes: 

 Scouting locations to meet client’s creative vision  

 Shooting at up to 1 location within New York, New Jersey and Connecticut4 

 Creative concept pitch 

 Lighting tailored to the needs of the project 

 Use of Dolly and Crane and operators for each (jib) as needed 

 Non Linear Editing   

 On-set crew (including the Director, Videographer and Equipment Operators) will work 

    for up to 8 hours per day 

o Please note that overtime will be charged for anything over 8 hours at a rate of 

   $75 per hour 

o Shooting for this project is limited to one day 

After the shooting is completed, we will provide the following services:

 Shooting at locations outside of the tri-state area is possible. The Client will be   responsible for travel fees for the crew working on the project. These fees will be calculated based on miles, type of transportation used and need for 

overnight lodging.  If an overnight stay is required, client will be charged for the cost of lodging. 

 One editing session with the primary editor 

 Voice-over as needed 

Final Product: 

 1 customized DVD of the final project 

Electronic Press Kit (“EPK”) 

$300 for EPK up to 5 minutes in length 

For EPK’s, footage will need to be provided to Crowned Eagle Films by the client.  If the 

Client wants to hire Crowned Eagle Films to document performances and film interviews 

to be used in the EPK, prices will be assessed as specified below in the 

Documentaries/Interviews section.  

Concert Footage 

Basic Videography/Lighting: $75 per hour 

For basic Videography, Crowned Eagle Films will tape the concert performance and 

provide the client with all original footage. 

Crowned Eagle Films can also be retained to edit the raw concert footage for a flat fee of 

$300.   

Documentaries/Interviews 

Prices will be negotiated based on the details of the project, including length of the edited 

project and days of shooting required. Generally, shooting will cost $75 per hour unless 

extra crew and equipment is required. Once the project needs are fully described to 

Crowned Eagle Films, a budget will be prepared. Work on the project will only commence 

after the budget has been approved and deposit has been paid.
